Let me try this again ,lol !
How do I know when my Apricot FFJ is done ? Iβve made several Fpjs but this so different visually .
Iβm in a coastal area so we donβt get a lot of heat here . It smells delicious & is a slightly darker color than when it started. It is no longer bubbling, Iβm 4 days in on this now .
Thank you !

At room temperature (68-72F) it will take 10 days, at 80F it takes about 7 days.
