Storing KNF Fruit Vinegar

We made some KNF fruit vinegar (with pome fruit instead of bananas) and are wondering what the best way to store it is.

We added apple cider vinegar with the mother when making it, and a scoby developed in our brewing container. Is this something you would store with the rest of the fruit vinegar solution? Thanks in advance!

You don’t want to store the mother with the final solution. Also if the vinegar isn’t pasteurized, it will continue to grow more scoby.

Thank you! We separated the scoby and have been applying the solution through our fertigation system.
