Lukas,

Use LAB (1:500) with FPJ (1:300) as drinking water for livestock, to recover their digestive function.

As a prebiotic in poultry and livestock production
source: (Samanta et al. 2013)

OHN can be mixed with animals’ drinking water (1:1,000 dilution) and offered as often as needed, 3 times a week.

Rainbow,

Did you add 10x the milk to the volume of rice water you let ferment 7 days before? What kind of milk did you use. Did you leave it ferment in a cool/dark place? What is the temp in the room you let your culture sit?

PF,

You can always apply the maintenance solution to any plant/tree/flower, in any stage.

That is: BRV 500:1, FPJ 500:1 and OHN 1000:1.

FPJ are minerals/vitamins the plant you fermented.

BRV (brown rice vinegar) is the catalyst “lowers the pH of your solution to be more acidic”.

OHN (oriental health nutrient) which is (1p garlic or turmeric – you pick), 1p ginger, 1p cinnamon, 1pm licorice root, 2p angelica root that the dry ingredients are soaked in a beer/lager and then everything is fermented in brown sugar and tinctured in vodka(40%).

You just need to worry about FAA and LAB, it can cause overgrowth and smaller yields when used on mature plants.

BRV+FPJ+OHM is very safe and universal and a good defense against pathogens.

Gagardner84,

Once you make FPJ and ferment it with brown sugar (my favorite is broadleaf plantain and dandelions) it will keep for 1 year, even longer sometimes. If you see mold, add more brown sugar. Store in a cool 65-70F place or keep in your fridge, with a cheese cloth lid to breath.

It should smell sweet, sometimes like BBQ even.

Zulaikha,

40%/80 proof is the most common and not as expensive as a higher percentage. 100%/200 proof would cost more, probably not worth the price for a better extraction. You need at least 35-40% to properly tincture.

It’s worth the time and effort, OHN will keep in the fridge for a year. I mix them 1p each with 2p angelica root as I need it, otherwise each ingredient is independent sitting in the fridge.

In reply to: Trichoderma on FAA

Hi,

OHN will help keep fat/lipids down, but a dash of IMO4 will really really help keep the top dissolved.

I would not use LAB on top of your FAA.

To make a good FFA, it takes 3-6 months… if you get it right 1:1 BS/Fish, just let it sit until it’s completely liquid.

I do this in a glass jar, then put it in the ground, (outside) in a hole an check on it later.

What is your temperature in which you’re fermenting at? Are you covering the top with a good 1inch of BS?

In reply to: Kelp FPJ

Hi Renoryan,

It’s still good! Did you add too much sugar? Did you grow the kelp/harvest to make your FPJ, or use kelp power that was already processed? These inputs last up to 12 months+, once you’ve had like OHN for more than 1 year, you dilute it 1:2000 vs. 1:1000 (2ml per gallon) vs. (4ml per gallon) because it’s stronger/concentrated. FAA can take up to 6 months to make and can last over a year as well.
