KNF Powder?

I had a crazy idea of mixing a bit of LAB, FPJ, and WSC with dry rice and then putting it in the blender to make powder that could be sprinkled on the soil every now and then as general plant boost (it would be great to just keep a small bag of it in my backpack and have it always at hand). Would such a thing actually work? And if so, in what proportions/measurements?
