I made some Banana FPJ from little Ecuadorian green bananas. It does not smell like other FPJ’s, this one has a savory miso or jerky smell. It is not unpleasant but not very fruity either. My guess is that I should have used a little more sugar and stirred it better with smaller slices?
Do you think it is good?
