Great Natural Farmers! Great!!
I am kind of confuse as to the direction of the chicken house where its north-south. My question is does the cardinal direction change with region or its universal. I understand that the north-south is suppose to be from the direction the sunrise and the direction the sun set, which to my understanding the sun rises from east to west.
Kindly enlighten me please.

The idea is to get the sun to go over the chicken house so a beam of sunlight will come through the split roof to go across the floor each day. In the Advanced Chicken Workshop by Master Cho, he explains the building design in the first lecture of the playlist.
