- OHN goes by vessel size you would be adding dry herbs to 1/10 size of vessel then filling with beer to half the vessel then adding sugar to reach 2/3, ginger n garlic go to 2/3 and so on, so the amount thats made is dependent on the size of the vessel also by the time you are done you have 2xs the amount then when you started ie: if started with six 32oz jars it would end up being 3gal of OHN …OHN also ages like a fine wine after the 2nd yr you cut the dosage by half and then again by half each yr after (if i remember correctly) ,you also dont want to pre mix the 6 together for no longer then you can use in one season so the 6 tinchers would need to be stored in separate containers for long term storage
