Hi all!
Im not to sure of this and can’t find any clear evidence on how to store your knf ferments? Like the final product of FFJ and all the other solutions?
Thanks in advance

After pouring them off, supersaturate them, and store them in a clean container in a cool place out of the sun.

Hi! Hope is ok to add a question in here! After having supersaturated the FPJ, a layer of foam with small bubbles formed on the surface (after few days from supersaturation). What does that mean?

Zulaikha, If you see bubbles/Co2, the fermentation is still going on. You can always add a little more brown sugar if your culture is still hungry. -Jay KNJFarms
