Soooo, I made a stoner mistake when doing my 2nd extraction and I poured 1 of my Angelica extractions into my cinnamon…. doh, so I ended up having to pour the cinnamon into Angelica extraction jar, I know this isn’t good, have I ruined my Angelica and cinnamon extractions? Or does this pose any risks for shelf life stability or effectiveness

OHN is THE medicine. If I were you I would want it to be as pure as possible. Since it’s only your 2nd extraction, perhaps you can start 1 angelica and 1 cinnamon again and then when you’re finished with all the proper extractions, combine the 5 herbs that you will use in a month for your OHN.
That’s what I would do.
